Introduction
This statement sets out Business Insight 3’s (Bi3) commitment to operating a Quality Management
System (QMS) designed to conform with ISO 9001:2015. It includes the commitments Bi3 has made
in relation to quality.
Our Business
With roots in the electronic security industry, we have built a team that blends experience with
cutting-edge thinking to deliver unrivalled solutions. Since 2009, we have provided bespoke
solutions by working with best-of breed partners worldwide alongside our software development
expertise, serving both private and public sectors.
We have kept properties secure and people safe since 2009. By combining global technology with
in-house expertise, we deliver tailored solutions for security and business information sector
Our Commitment
Bi3 ensures all staff have the necessary competence and training to perform their duties effectively.
The quality policy is communicated company-wide, with the Management Team responsible for
addressing quality issues. Weekly Management review meetings monitor effectiveness of the QMS.
We meet client, legal, and regulatory requirements while continually improving our QMS. Our focus
is customer satisfaction and fostering a productive work environment for optimal performance.
Bi3 embraces new technologies to deliver accurate and efficient solutions through our Human,
Vehicle, and Object Detection (HVOD) portfolio, ensuring we meet evolving market demands.
