Experts in Human, Vehicle & Object Detection
As a technology provider, we understand that it’s not enough to simply supply the solution. From the very beginning, we’ve applied a product selection process that includes the requirement that we will be able to fully support any technology that we have carefully selected to supply.
We work closely with our partners to provide best of breed technology to our customers, but believe that it is our responsibility to be there to provide the end-to-end support for the solution. We believe that the more of the solution we can provide and the more added value we can bring, the better the result for the customer.
Since the introduction of greater GDPR/Data Protection regulation and an increase in the severity of penalties for breaches, it has become even more imperative that CCTV video footage containing personal data is handled and shared correctly. Often this now includes redacting (blurring) third party persons within the video footage to allow this to be shared with the subject making the request.
We provide this as a simple, fully managed and auditable service, usually on a per request basis. Our team is available to advise and support throughout to ensure full compliance leaving our customers secure in the knowledge they stay on the right side of the guidance.
We appreciate that systems can represent a significant investment and that they need to be kept in full working order. We can provide extended warranties and maintenance agreements to ensure your investment is kept in optimum condition.
We are also in a position to repair not only our own older systems, many of which are still in service after ten years of operation, we can also repair equipment from many third party manufacturers.
Our experienced engineers can evaluate faulty equipment and provide a cost for repair. On agreement the equipment will be repaired, tested and returned with an appropriate warranty.
We want to deliver the best possible solution. As “Experts in Human, Vehicle and Object Detection” we believe that we are best placed to advise, design and commission our technologies. We offer an on-site commissioning service that will optimise the performance of the system and provide results beyond customer expectations.
We provide installation, sales, user and specialist training for all our technologies. From courses at our offices or yours through to specially designed, project specific workshops, we can help you gain a commercial, technical or operational edge.
We are Corporate Members of The Security Institute which means many of our courses are CPD approved and that points can be issued to registered members.
“Square pegs don’t fit into round holes”. Where a bespoke solution is required, we have the in-house software development and integration skills to meet those challenges. Our software development team can extend and combine many of our offerings to create a solution that meets your requirements. We are also able to develop bespoke solutions from scratch either in house, or supported by any of our technology partners depending on the Use Case. We manage all stages of the development lifecycle from specification & design, through to ongoing support and maintenance to ensure a successful deployment.
From the initial enquiry, we can be involved in conversations in identifying the key customers drivers, survey of the site and system design. For larger or more complex projects we work to a Prince 2 Project Management methodology.
All of the above support services help provide a solid base from which to develop the solution and an agreed platform to meet the customers requirements.
We appreciate that not every installation goes smoothly and that continuous support is a must when working with complex systems. We provide on-going remote or where necessary, on-site support.
In many cases our engineers can provide remote configuration of systems. This allows a cost effective method of getting the best out of our technology. These services come from a dedicated team of experienced engineers based in the UK.
“Technology for technology’s sake?” We understand that what is important is how technology improves a business. Whether it is providing protection of property and people, highlighting safety issues or gaining an insight into the movement of people the key is accuracy and efficiency of how that information is reported.
We have created Insight Management reports (IMR), a web based reporting platform that can be adapted to collate and display virtually any data. This means that a business can make critical decisions based on accurate and relevant data.
