Introduction

This statement sets out Business Insight 3’s commitment to operate a Quality Management System
(QMS) that has been designed to conform with the requirements ISO 9001 :2015:. It includes the
commitments Bi3 have made in relation to quality.

Our Business 

With roots in the electronic security industry, we have built a team which combines a wealth of
experience with cutting edge thinking, delivering unrivalled solutions. By working with best of breed
partners from around the world and blending their technologies with our own integration and
software development skills, we have delivered bespoke solutions and services to all types of
businesses in both the private and public sectors since 2009.
We have been keeping properties secure and people safe and informed since 2009. We combine
innovative, cutting edge technology from around the world with in-house expertise to provide tailored
solutions for the security and business information sectors.

Our Commitment

Bi3 is committed to ensuring that all staff within the organisation have the necessary competence
and training to perform their duties. The quality policy is understood by and communicated to all staff
within the company. It is the responsibility of the Management Team to investigate any quality
problems and ensure that correct action and/or preventative action is implemented as soon as
possible. These objectives are set within regular weekly Management Review meetings where the
effectiveness of the Quality Management System is monitored.

Bi3 is committed to meet the clients’ requirements, legal and regulatory requirements, and any
other applicable requirements. We are also committed to continual improvement of the Quality
Management System.

Bi3’s key focus is on customer satisfaction and maintaining a healthy and productive work
environment that enables the staff to produce optimal output.
We are always striving to adapt and stay current with the newest developments and technologies so
that we may continue to provide the most accurate and efficient solutions through our Human,
Vehicle, and Object Detection [HVOD] portfolio to meet the customer needs and expectations and
ever-changing demands of the marketplace.
